Maciej Żbik
Therapist and meditation teacher. His hallmark is a deep understanding of unconscious processes resulting from many years of researching his own unconscious. Maciej sees mechanisms that his client does not want to see in themselves, and which sabotage his life goals. The client’s narratives are not mislead and he reaches under them to unconscious, primary sources of life problems. He reveals them gradually, analyzing dreams and visions, using drama, looking at his life patterns with the client. It conducts through psychological and spiritual insights and helps release psychological energy blocked in anxiety and trauma. In this way he accompanies his clients in the development of full humanity.
In the paradigm of Carl Gustav Jung’s depth psychology he developed own therapeutic methods named „Insight Therapy” and „Realms of Wealth”.
Maciej approaches the process of each person individually. Clients especially appreciate his ability to reach the deep cause of problems, his keen intuition and the ability to close open processes. He attaches great importance to the healing of prenatal trauma.
Maciej accepts individual sessions and conducts workshops on a regular basis.

How to schedule an appointment?
Maciej is working in english, both on-site and online. If you are interested in booking an individual session or attending any of our workshops, use the contact form below.
An individual session led by Maciej Żbik lasts approximately 1.5 hours and takes place in direct contact with the therapist. The session price is PLN 350 (PLN 450 / EUR 100 from August 2022). You can schedule a session on-site in Otwock (near Warsaw) or online.
Expect Maciej to ask about your dream – the last one you clearly remember, or a dream theme that repeats frequently. If you don’t remember your dreams, it’s okay to work with other methods. To book a session contact him directly 0048 690 34 11 17.
